Hello, my name is

Zachary DiNucci

I am a Game Developer with a bachelor's degree from Boise State's College of Innovation and Design through their Games Interactive Media and Mobile Technology (GIMM) program and an associate's degree in History.

You will find examples of single-player, multiplayer, AR, and VR games in Unity and Unreal Engine. These games are a mixture of solo and group projects primarily done in the last two years, and some can be found on Itch.io and Github.

About this Game

This Application was created for my job at the GIMM development team. It is created as a touring app for downtown Boise. This app uses Unity's AR foundation to work for both Apple and Android applications. For it I was responsible for programming the Augmented reality portions as well as helping designing parts of the app's mechanics, and while there are some bugs and some things, I am going to continue working on I am happy with where it is now.

The App is split into 4 different sections each representing a different location in downtown Boise. The Basque Block Scene is the main scene and is a walk through the block telling the user about the block and the Baque people through their culture. The Jump scene is used to talk about JR Simplot and the farming origins of the Boise Area. It uses a more stationary game where you do various farm chores. The last two are smaller scenes about Treefort and the Egyptian theater.
